We are currently seeking an AV Low Voltage Junior Technician to join our team. As an AV / Low Voltage Junior Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low-voltage audio-visual systems for our clients. The role will involve working with cutting-edge AV technology and ensuring seamless AV experiences for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure low voltage audio-visual systems, including audio systems, video displays, projectors, control systems, and other AV equipment.
- Perform cable pulling, termination, and testing to ensure reliable AV system connections.
- Collaborate with Senior Technician and other team members to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AV systems, both on-site and remotely.
- Conduct system testing and calibration to ensure optimal performance and adherence to industry standards.
- Provide end-user training on systems to ensure clients can fully utilize their setups.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of existing installations as required.
- Adhere to safety protocols and best practices during AV installations and maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
- A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to client locations for installations and service calls.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., as the role may involve carrying and handling AV equipment during installations and maintenance.

Salary: $48,000 – $58,000 per year. Commensurate with experience.
