We are currently seeking a skilled AV Low Voltage Technician to join our team. As an AV / Low Voltage Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining low voltage audio-visual systems for our clients. The role will involve working with cutting-edge AV technology and ensuring seamless AV experiences for our customers.

Responsibilities
- Foster a positive team environment and promote effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Travel to client locations and project sites as required to oversee project implementation and build strong client relationships.
- Continuously evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing AV projects or related fields.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual technology and equipment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership skills to motivate and guide project teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with clients and team members.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex project challenges.
- Willingness to travel to client locations and project sites as needed.
